Smokin' Thighs

Two Marinated, skin-on, boneless chicken thighs; flash grilled, and oven roasted. All sandwiches are on a lightly toasted baguette slathered with aioli (seasoned mayo), fresh cilantro, pickled jalapeños, crisp romaine lettuce, and crowned with caramelized onions.
