All for individual times and dates to make for a great residential experience and give the power of notice to avoid frustrations from the tenant.

Although DoorDash Makes the Deliveries . There is no need for tenants to put in the address or try to explain where the resident is because it's already programed in the app. Also there is no option for notification of who will be dining in the common area with the other delivery apps . This system is much more personal & sophisticated with only the best local eatery options in a 10 mile radius . Also the system brings awareness that its ok to use the facilities as intended.
