TouchDown Serve

is a simple, table-side communication tool designed to give customers a discreet, stress-free way to connect with their server. Each table has a unique QR code sticker. When scanned, it opens a short chat screen where the guest can send quick, predefined messages or type a custom request. The message automatically tags the table number, so staff immediately know exactly where to go. This allows customers to feel in control — they’ve voiced their need without having to flag anyone down or interrupt conversation — while giving staff the ability to respond at the perfect moment without breaking their natural service flow. ChiliChat Serve is the staff-facing version, ensuring incoming requests are clearly visible on their phone or POS device, making it a seamless part of their normal routine.
