Welcome to ChiliChat
You’re now part of a growing platform that connects cool, respectful people for meaningful utility chats. Your vibe, energy, and reliability matter — and so does getting paid. Below is everything you need to know.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Chat Payments:
All completed utility chats (10-minute blocks) are paid on the first Monday of every week, during regular business hours (9 AM–5 PM CST).
Payments are sent via Cash App.
Make sure your Cash App tag is correct and active in your profile.
Tips:
Instant. Direct. 100% yours.
All tips go straight to you via Cash App, sent by the guest.
Booking Payments:
All one-on-one or scheduled bookings are paid through Cash App or Zelle by the guest before the session begins.
Cancellations:
If a user or host wants to cancel their page or profile, we process it instantly via the official cancellation link or request form.
CODE OF CONDUCT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
No nudity, no sexual content, no obscene language.
Any visual or verbal violation results in instant and permanent deactivation.
All chats may be monitored or reviewed for safety and quality.
Hosts are expected to be polite, professional, and positive at all times.
NO-SHOW POLICY
1st no-show (without prior notice) = warning
2nd no-show within a 3-month window = automatic deactivation
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Double-check your Cash App and/or Zelle info in your profile.
Review your chat schedule and be on time.
